2. How long does a property dispute take to resolve?

This is heavily dependent on the nature of the property dispute and the willingness of the other side to settle the matter.

Many straightforward property disputes can be resolved within a timeframe of 2 to 6 months, however more complex issues can take between 6 to 24 months to resolve.

3. How much does a property dispute case cost?

Again, fees vary depending on the nature and complexity of the dispute. We offer a range of fixed fees on some landlord and tenant services, while for other dispute types, we will need to discuss your matter in more detail before preparing a cost estimate.

Typically, fees for most property dispute issues range between £1,200 to £10,000 plus VAT but excluding disbursements.

4. Do you offer legal aid for property dispute matters?
