Approach.
Building a trusting relationship with your client is an extremely important aspect of being a paralegal. Seeking out the assistance of a solicitor is usually one of the most stressful experiences that an individual can face, so anything that we can do to reassure the client and to help them reach their ideal outcome is essential.
I aim to promote transparency, honesty, and integrity when dealing with clients, reflecting the values which we aim to promote as a company at Britton and Time.
Through her university course, Hanna developed her skills regarding independent research as well as attention to detail. These are both vital aspects when effectively dealing with enquiries and providing clients with a professional service.
During her role as an administrator at Britton and Time, Hanna refined her client care skills by building and maintaining client relationships, as well as starting to pick up skills necessary to becoming a solicitor, such as extracting the appropriate legal knowledge from large amounts of information and problem solving under pressure.
Hanna graduated from the University of Sussex in 2022 with an Upper Second-Class Honours in Law with Criminology. Working as a Client Care Executive since January 2023, Hanna completed her apprenticeship in Business Administration and was promoted to Paralegal in April 2024.
