My role as a Paralegal means I am one of the first contacts for our clients, I always aim to provide them with the best possible customer service that I can.
I pride myself in being a friendly and approachable person who ensures our clients feel valued and taken care of.
My choice to pursue the legal industry grew from my three years of experience at the Innocence Project London where I was a caseworker, working on joint enterprise murder cases and building arguments to bring to the Criminal Cases Review Commission.
After being in the pro-bono field, I wanted to experience working in a firm that specialises in a wide range of practice areas so I can have a wider perspective of the legal industry.
Jess graduated with Merit from the University of Greenwich, gaining a master’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Psychology.
