This is a set structure which passes your wealth initially to a spouse or partner. However, if you pass away without leaving a surviving spouse you estate will pass in order to other family members.

For instance, we offer Wills at a fixed fee starting at £500 plus VAT. 

Most aspects of Private Client work are quite bespoke and costs vary on a case-by-case basis. Following an initial consultation, our team will provide you wish a clear and transparent fee estimate for the work you’ve requested so you have a full understanding of costs before instructing us.
