As a solicitor, I am committed to championing my clients’ best interests through comprehensive and practical legal guidance. My passion lies in working closely with individuals, families, and charities, providing tailored support that addresses their unique legal challenges.

The dynamic nature of the legal sector energises me, with each day presenting new opportunities and challenges. My approach is both methodical and compassionate, ensuring that every client receives personalised attention from initial consultation to final resolution.

Every client has their own story, and my job is to listen, understand, and empower them to move forward with confidence.

Azeem graduated with a High 2.1 in Law and passed his Legal Practice Course with Distinction, both achieved at Nottingham Law School.

Qualifying as a solicitor under the Solicitors Regulation Authority in February 2024, Azeem’s passion lies in all elements of private client work, including the preparation of Wills and LPAs, administering estates, and providing tax advice.

Azeem joined Britton and Time in December 2024 as a solicitor specialising in private client matters.

2020

Azeem played an instrumental role in assisting with the administration of a high-value estate comprising multiple properties and a substantial investment portfolio. One of the key challenges was identifying and locating a missing beneficiary, which required meticulous investigation and collaboration with external agencies.

Azeem’s efforts ensured that the estate could be distributed fairly and in accordance with the deceased’s wishes. Additionally, he carefully managed the fluctuating stock market values of the investments, helping to preserve the estate’s value during volatile conditions.

2021

Azeem drafted a tailored Will for a high net-worth business owner, which integrated her business assets and foreign property into an estate plan designed to protect her wealth for her children, whilst mitigating her potential inheritance tax liability. This involved close collaboration with the client to understand her unique business and family dynamics.

2022

Azeem advised on a bespoke estate plan and drafted complex Wills for a blended family, which incorporated trusts to ensure that all parties, including stepchildren, were fairly provided for.

2023

Azeem assisted in a complex high net-worth intestacy that involved the variation of the rules of intestate succession to secure significant tax savings. His role involved technical expertise and sensitive communication with the beneficiaries, who were navigating a difficult time.

2024

Azeem managed the administration of an estate with assets in the UK and overseas, navigating cross-border legal and tax issues to ensure a swift distribution to beneficiaries.
