Sandra is passionate about business as a whole and how strategy, people, and operations come together to drive performance. She built her foundation with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies (2:1), then developed her leadership and commercial understanding through an MBA, achieving a Distinction. Alongside Sandra’s studies, She has spent the last 3–4 years working in operations, gaining hands-on experience in how organisations function day to day. Her aim is to continue growing into roles where she can contribute across the business and support sustainable growth.Â
