With me, you will always know what is happening, why a particular approach is being taken, and what comes next.

Mitchell Potter began his academic journey studying Sports and Exercise Science at the University of Essex, where he developed a strong foundation in analytical thinking and performance under pressure, skills that have proven to be invaluable in the legal field.

Motivated by a desire to help people navigate the increasingly complex legal landscape, he transitioned into law, completing the Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE) and qualifying as a Solicitor in 2022.

Since qualifying, Mitchell has developed specialist expertise in immigration law, where he has built a diverse and dynamic practice focused exclusively on helping clients with their UK immigration matters. He has particular knowledge in handling complex applications for high-net-worth individuals, businesses seeking to employ overseas talent, and clients with unique circumstances that fall outside of the standard immigration rules.

Known for breaking down complex disputes into clear, achievable goals, he ensures clients remain informed and empowered throughout the legal process.
