As a property litigation solicitor, I approach every matter with precision, attention to detail, and a high level of care. I understand how important it is for clients to feel confident in the solicitor handling their case, and I prioritise building trust from the outset. My clients can expect their matters to be proactively managed, regularly reviewed, and clearly communicated throughout every stage of the process.
I believe that trust, reliability, and open communication are essential to achieving positive outcomes. I am committed to maintaining transparent and consistent dialogue with each client, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and reassured at all times.
Ultimately, my goal is to guide clients toward practical, mutually agreeable resolutions that best serve their needs and help them move forward with confidence.
Mariam has been passionate about law from a young age, and this enthusiasm has been reflected throughout her academic and professional journey. She studied LLB Law at the University of Birmingham, graduating with a 2:1. During her time at university, she successfully secured three vacation schemes at international law firms, which allowed her to gain valuable insight into different practice areas and helped shape her interest in the type of law she wished to pursue. Mariam went on to complete the LPC alongside a connected master’s degree, achieving a first-class dissertation.
Following her studies, Mariam obtained her mediation qualification, recognising the crucial role that alternative dispute resolution plays in achieving effective and proportionate outcomes for clients. She then completed a two‑year training contract within a local authority, undertaking seats across commercial, dispute resolution, environmental, and property law. This breadth of experience strengthened Mariam’s legal foundation and exposed her to a wide range of practical, real-world matters.
Throughout her training, Mariam developed a particular interest in dispute resolution and property law. She found these areas both intellectually engaging and client-focused, enabling her to combine analytical problem‑solving with a solution-driven approach. Specialising in these fields allows her to provide clients with comprehensive knowledge, balanced judgment, and clear, practical advice tailored to their needs.
