Approach
At the heart of my approach is a genuine desire to help others navigate the complexities of the law. I believe providing legal support extends beyond providing technical expertise. Which is why I focus on building trust, showing empathy, and guiding clients through their personal challenges.
To achieve this, I ensure integrity and honesty underpin every interaction. I want clients to feel fully informed and confident about the guidance they receive, listening carefully to concerns and acting decisively in their best interests.
Isabel has always been motivated by the opportunity to help people in meaningful ways, and law provides the perfect avenue to achieve this. She studied Law at the University of Law, Birmingham from 2021-24, graduating with a 2:1. During her studies, Isabel developed particular interests in employment and family law.
She was drawn to employment law because of its real-world impact on people’s livelihoods, recognising the importance of both employees and employers understanding their rights in this constantly evolving sector. Family law captured her attention through its focus on conflict resolution and protecting people during life-changing events, particularly how the law can achieve fair outcomes in complex personal situations.
After graduating, Isabel supported her grandfather with estate planning, will preparation, and trust registration. This personal experience provided invaluable insight into how crucial clear and compassionate legal advice can be during emotionally complex times, sparking a strong interest in private client work where she plans to qualify and specialise.
Throughout university, Isabel worked in front-of-house roles that developed her communication skills and confidence in fast-paced environments. These experiences have shaped her professional approach, allowing her to remain calm under pressure and focus on client-centred solutions in all situations.
