Approach.
With legal services often sought in times of hardship, a friendly voice and helpful service couldn’t be more welcome – and this is what I aim to be for clients. I ensure clients feel comfortable discussing their circumstances by providing a professional, yet open space.
In client-facing roles, a positive outlook is crucial. I tackle challenges head-on, focusing on solutions rather than obstacles. This optimistic approach helps me deliver exceptional service and instils confidence in clients.
Whilst studying law for my A-levels, I was drawn to the problem-solving nature of the law. I found it intriguing how it is implemented on a societal level to solve issues, and on a personal level, guiding and protecting people in their time of need.
I continued my studies in law at the University of Brighton, aspiring to one day become a qualified solicitor.
I am delighted to be working as a Junior Paralegal at Britton and Time. They have an admirable approach to providing a top-tier client-centric service, both important elements that I wish to learn more about.Whilst studying for her law degree, Hannah gained experience as a student clinician at the Brighton Legal Clinic, providing her with valuable experience in practising law. During her time working with clients at the clinic, she developed an understanding and first-hand experience of client care.
Hannah’s interest in law was sparked by her passion for human rights, leading her to become Vice President Social of the Amnesty International Society at her university. This role involved organising fundraisers and volunteering trips to assist refugees in Calais.
Since university, Hannah has worked in various roles in admin and hospitality. In her last role as a GP administrator Hannah mainly handled the referrals, using her organisational skills to manage a high volume of requests.
