I believe that true growth begins at the end of our comfort zones. This is where I choose to operate and where I encourage others to explore their potential. I am committed to personal development myself, and take pride in supporting others on their own journey of continuous improvement.
Empowering others to recognise their current strengths while actively cultivating new skills is a real passion of mine. I firmly believe that collaboration is key, we each bring different life experience and can learn a lot from one another. When we work together, we have the power to improve processes and turn aspirations into achievements.
Faye has always had an adventurous spirit and been fascinated by our world, its people, nature and cultures. She competed in a ‘Survivor’ style competition on an island in the Bahamas, finishing in the top 7, has travelled to over 55 countries, lived overseas, and can often be found partaking in some kind of adrenaline activity such as swimming with sharks or skydiving.
Faye has led customer service and sales teams in various industries such as travel, retail, construction and brewing. As well as leading teams, she has spent time delivering training online and in-person, studying strategic leadership, Lean Six Sigma, German, Spanish & pyrotechnic safety, implementing and improving systems plus running her own business.
