Approach.
The excitement of life begins at the end of our comfort zones, this is where I strive to live and encourage others to do the same. I am a big believer in personal development and enjoy helping others find ways to grow.
Encouraging others to take notice of their current skills whilst empowering them to work on always building new skills for the future is a real passion of mine. After all, there is no I in team, and teamwork really does make the dream work.
From a very young age, Faye loved learning and thrived in an environment where she was challenged. When her head wasn’t buried in a book, Faye could be found either at the stables or the athletics track.
She’s always had an adventurous spirit and been absolutely fascinated by our world, its people, nature and cultures. She competed in ‘Survivor’ on an island in the Bahamas, finishing in the top 7, has travelled to over 40 countries, lived overseas, and can often be found partaking in some kind of adrenaline activity such as swimming with sharks or skydiving.
Faye has led customer service and sales teams in various industries such as travel, retail, construction and brewing. As well as leading teams, she has spent time delivering online training, working overseas, studying German, Spanish & pyrotechnic safety, implementing and improving systems plus running her own business.
