Approach

Clients are at the heart of everything I do. Having developed my client-facing skills over many years, I’m eager to apply them alongside my growing legal knowledge. I strive to offer empathy and understanding to everyone’s personal situation, helping them achieve their desired outcome through genuine care and attention.

I recognise that seeking legal advice often represents a significant moment in someone’s life, and I aim to be a steady, reassuring presence who helps turn uncertainty into clarity. I will go above and beyond to find solutions to even the most complex problems my clients face.

Daniel’s interest in law began at 15 during a work experience day discussing legal cases. This early enthusiasm led him to study Law at A-level, where he won a mooting competition at college and earned the opportunity to participate in a mock moot at the Supreme Court in London before Lord Neuberger.

He continued his legal education studying Law at the University of Sussex, before pursuing a Master’s in Human Rights. Daniel achieved a 2:1 in both degrees, demonstrating consistent academic performance and dedication to his legal studies.

After university, Daniel spent three years in a sales role at a surveying company, developing strong client-facing and customer service skills. This period enhanced his ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients and handle challenging situations with professionalism.

Motivated by his passion for law, Daniel transitioned into legal practice, working as a legal assistant at a family law firm for approximately two years.

Joining Britton and Time as a Paralegal, Daniel is looking forward to delving deeper into different practice areas, with a keen interest in criminal and family law.
