I have always prided myself on my organisational mindset, my problem-solving skills, and my eye for detail. But my most important quality is my friendly and approachable manner, making me the perfect first point of contact for the firm.

I thoroughly enjoy talking to both new and existing clients and finding out how we can help solve their legal problems.  It’s always such an amazing feeling to hear that we’ve helped another client through their problems and made a huge positive impact on their lives.

Ash’s journey to Britton and Time follows an unconventional path that has shaped his approach to client service and operations.

His career began in customer-facing hospitality roles, where he developed his passion for creating exceptional experiences. Through dedication and natural leadership, Ash progressed to management positions, honing his skills in team coordination and seamless operations.

Seeking a new challenge that would utilise both his people skills and operational expertise, Ash joined Britton and Time as one of the firm’s first non-legal employees when the firm began expanding beyond its core legal team.

Ash graduated with a 2:1 in Media from the University of Brighton in 2009, before completing a Master’s Degree in Creative Media. The analytical thinking, project management, and communication skills developed during his studies continue to prove invaluable in his current role.

His diverse background enables Ash to bridge complex legal processes with clear client communication, ensuring every interaction reflects the firm’s commitment to accessible, professional service.
