Alexander’s practice primarily encompasses commercial disputes, intellectual property, and contentious family matters. His journey into law began during his second year at the University of Sussex, where he balanced a full-time legal role alongside completing his Law LLB (Hons). Whilst demanding, it exposed him to the practical aspects of law, complementing his studies.

Throughout his career, Alexander has tackled a wide range of complex disputes, from high-value intellectual property litigation to sensitive family law matters, each deepening his understanding and passion for achieving justice and effective solutions. Alexander’s aspirations remain firmly rooted in delivering excellence, further specialising in his chosen fields, and continually expanding his expertise to better serve clients.

2022

Alexander assisted on a multi-million-pound intellectual property claim involving the design and manufacture of medical equipment.

Successfully defended a landlord against an injunction sought by a vexatious tenant.

Assisted a client in relation to a complex international probate matter concerning the jurisdictions of three different countries across two continents.

2023

Alexander closely collaborated with King’s Counsel on a prominent gross negligence manslaughter case listed at the Central Criminal Court (The Old Bailey).

He successfully assisted in defending an Order for Sale application under Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989 and successfully recovered a substantial debt for a commercial client, securing both the full debt amount and legal costs.

2024

Defended a company against a significant patent infringement claim involving cosmetic formulations.

He was also actively involved in high-value contentious family law cases, one involving assets valued at several million pounds, and another relating to a complex dispute concerning the misadministration of trust funds.

2025

Alexander qualified as a solicitor. His recent work includes handling commercial disputes, notably a passing-off claim related to intellectual property infringement.

Dealt with an intricate financial remedy case involving detailed arguments on the classification and division of matrimonial and non-matrimonial assets, valued at several million pounds.
