About Sophie Campbell-Adams.
Approach.
My approach to work is based on a few simple questions. What does the client want to achieve? Is this achievable? If so, what can I do to help my client achieve this outcome?
I feel it’s essential to understand my client’s expectations when taking on their case. Understanding what my clients seek puts me in a position to be open and honest with whether this desired outcome is legally viable. If the desired result isn’t legally possible, I will tell my client precisely that and propose an alternative that’s in line with their wishes.
Additionally, I feel I must keep to date with current legislation and court procedures to ensure I always deliver accurate and current legal advice.
Background.
I fell in love with Law when I did it as a subject at A-Level. From that moment, I knew I wanted to pursue further education in Law and actively put my legal knowledge into practice.
The gratification that I get from helping people achieve positive outcomes at some of the most vulnerable times of their life is, in my eyes, what makes being a solicitor such an enjoyable job.
I chose to work at Britton and Time, so I could work in a proactive environment that provides exceptional service to each client.
Experience.
Sophie holds a 2:1 degree in Law from the Open University. She later completed her Legal Practice Course (LPC) in 2017 at the University of Guildford and obtained a distinction. Earlier this year, Sophie was admitted as a qualified solicitor.
Sophie has gained significant experience in a wide variety of practice areas, including civil litigation, family law, and residential property. Sophie specialises in property litigation and divorce and child arrangements, with a specific interest in landlord and tenant law.
Outstanding Solicitor
Sophie Campbell-Adams, the advisor that took on my case, was very attentive and explained everything very clearly to me right from the start.
