About the job.

We are currently recruiting a talented Litigation and Dispute Resolution Solicitor from NQ to 10+ years’ PQE to join our growing Litigation team based in Hove.

Candidates must have good technical knowledge, have excellent commercial awareness and also be enthusiastic about business development. You should be willing to work as part of a team, while maintaining a strong client focus and have exceptional communication and organisational skills.

The responsibilities for this role encompass managing your own caseload, with support from the wider civil litigation team. The main issues the litigation department manage are shareholder and partnership disputes, contract disputes, construction, debt recovery, contentious probate, and a small amount of employment work.

You’ll be trusted with:

• Autonomy in your role to deliver your billing target
• Long-term career prospects ranging from directorship to managing roles and share ownership
• Responsibility and opportunities to manage client relationships
• A varied caseload across a broad category of litigation areas

Role requirements.

• Experience in general litigation, dispute resolution and with alternative dispute resolution methods
• NQ to 10+ years’ PQE
