Approach.
As the Office Coordinator, I work hard to ensure that clients have a strong first impression of our firm and that they have a nice experience from the start.
As the first point of contact, I ensure that clients feel heard, and I make sure to fully understand their inquiry so that I can direct them to the right solicitor for their case.
Alice knew from a young age that she wanted to work in a customer-facing position. She enjoys working with and for people, and loves being able to assist others. Having worked in customer service in a variety of countries and sectors, ranging from hospitality to retail, health care, and now a legal business, Alice has learned to be a highly versatile person, capable of understanding others’ situations, be a good listener, and showing empathy.
After graduating from the Hotel School in her home country of Italy, Alice started working as a waitress and hostess on a tourist yacht in her hometown. After arriving in the UK in 2009, Alice began working in retail and was quickly promoted to Assistant Manager, where she guided her team to higher standards and better shop performance.
Alice also joined a band as their drummer and toured America, Japan, and Australia, gaining significant experience on a professional as well as personal level.
